Codenteam may publicly list Customer as a customer of Codenteam and use Customer’s trademark, trade name, and logo for marketing or promotional purposes and in other communication with existing or potential Codenteam customers, resellers, or investors.
7. Consent by Use:
If any individual accesses or uses the Codenteam services using an email address affiliated with an organization, it shall be deemed that such organization has given its consent to this agreement on behalf of itself. Accordingly, Codenteam may publicly list such organization as a customer and use the organization’s trademark, trade name, and logo in the same manner as described above, subject to any limitations or conditions agreed upon in any such separate agreement
